The software update process with Updater app puts you in control, giving you the freedom to update pump software remotely. The Updater app connects with the MiniMed™ 700-series pumps via Bluetooth* communication. The Updater app enables software updates for your MiniMed™ 700-series pump, giving you access to the latest technology from Medtronic. If they've lost their connection, you may need to unpair them and then pair them again.The Medtronic Diabetes Updater app gives you access to the latest software updates. The update can only install if your iPhone and Watch are paired to each other. Then restart the update process using the steps from the last section. To do this, delete the current update file by going on your iPhone to the Apple Watch app > General > Usage > Software Update > Delete > Delete.

If the Apple Watch update doesn't even start, download it again.

Check that the name and information about the paired Watch match the one you're updating. Make sure the iPhone you're using to install the update is paired to the Apple Watch you're updating.
